The Role:

11:11 Systems is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive sales and manage a portfolio of clients. This role involves developing relationships with new and existing customers, managing accounts, and growing the business within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of sales experience, selling solutions in cloud services, managed services, SaaS, or virtualization software, and is skilled in building client trust and closing deals with SMBs. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business by selling 11:11’s suite of cloud services to incoming new logo opportunities
  • Guide prospective customers, including executives and C-levels, through the buying process, ensuring they understand the value of 11:11’s solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth within assigned accounts
  • Travel to meet with new and prospective clients in person to strengthen relationships and identify further business opportunities
  • Track and convert test-drive customers 
  • Meet required activity levels for outbound calls, on-line demonstrations and pipeline growth
  • Develop and implement creative approaches to increase new sales opportunities and drive brand awareness
  • Continually build pipeline leveraging marketing leads, sales tools, and individual hunting
  • Schedule and perform online presentations and demonstrations
  • Manage and track all sales activities within the CRM system
  • Additional duties as assigned

Who You Are & What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of sales experience in IT software or services, preferably in cloud services, managed services, or related field
  • Knowledge of solution and value-based selling methodologies
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels, including executive/C-level contacts.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients in person.
  • Legally eligible to work within the assigned region without visa sponsorship.
