Hours:                          40 Hours, Full-time

Job Summary:
This position provides school billing, customer service, and general accounting support to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

·         CCA School Accounts Collections (Proverbs 16:3)
·         Accounts payable for CCA (1 Peter 4:10)
·         Record all school billing totals from school billing system into accounting system and reconcile balances
·         Bill tuition for aftercare and other school fees (1 Corinthians 14:40)
·         Respond to all parent and school staff inquires
·         Issue refund checks (James 2:18)
·         Enter student changes as authorized 
·         Support the CCA Supervisor with special projects, as needed (1 Chronicles 29:17)
·         Other duties as assigned by Supervisor (Colossians 3:23)
 
Job Skills & Competencies:
·         Customer Service background preferred. (Proverbs 4:5)
·         Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to deal with sensitive issues while exercising good          knowledge of proper grammar and punctuation 
·         Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) software 
·         Proven proficiency in accounting software
·         Advanced Bookkeeping knowledge and skills (1 Peter 5:2-3)
·         Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
·         Ability to stay calm in stressful situations (Ephesians 5:17)
·         A dependable team player who works well with people at all levels of the organization (Proverbs 11:14)
