Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the DBS Contingent Workforce Strategy and governance framework across markets
- Support the development and management of policies and guidelines for vendor management including vendor performance scorecard implementation and assessment
- Review and enhance current processes and tools to support stakeholders for new and existing engagements to improve efficiency
- Review and analysis of data to identify risks, opportunities and trends to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of CWF strategy
- Provide and develop training, standards and guidelines of CWF best practices to managers
- Support the development of Data Driven Operation Model and Digital Workbench for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably in contingent workforce programme, project and management
- Strong stakeholder management and oral/written communication skills with ability build relationships with leaders across the business.
- Strong project management skills with a sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with capability to process high amount of data to drive business strategies and decisions
- Business acumen and analytical ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Intermediate to Expert level user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Excel macros/Visual Basic.
- Good team player and able to coach/guide team members.
