We are growing our New York City team and seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and fill our sales funnel as we build our go-to-market function from the ground up. Responsibilities

Generate Opportunities: Create 2+ new sales opportunities daily

Outreach Activities: Conduct 65+ outreach activities daily through email, phone, and social media

Research: Identify and prospect top automotive repair businesses

Coordinate Meetings: Arrange new business meetings with Account Executives

Collaborate: Strategize with sales leaders and team members on new business priorities

Track Activity: Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce and other tools

Sales Engagement: Overcome objections, pitch the Revv value proposition, and advance prospects through the sales process

Smooth Transitions: Partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless client handoffs
Requirements

Experience: 1-3+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment (SaaS preferred)

Cold Calling: Proven success with cold calling, especially with SMB targets

Work Ethic: Strong determination to succeed and a proactive attitude

Coachability: Highly coachable with a love for team collaboration

Curiosity & Grit: Naturally curious and resourceful

Sales Tools: Familiarity with standard sales tools and openness to new technologies

What We Offer

Compensation: $70,000 (base) + $40,000 (commissions @ 100%-to-goal, uncapped) = $110,000+
