About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our energetic and collaborative team. As the friendly face and voice of Ken Hall, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer interaction is seamless and satisfying. From managing calls and scheduling work orders to liaising with our valued clients and internal teams, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional service we’re known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating great first impressions and building strong customer rapport.
• Managing incoming calls and scheduling work orders for our field team.
• Supporting customers by providing tailored solutions and promoting our services.
• Maintaining accurate customer information in our database.
• Attending specialist training to continually enhance your skills.
• Collaborating with a fun and motivated team that values your input.

About You

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships.
• Motivated to learn and grow in your career.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Enjoys working in a team environment and helping others.
• National Police Clearance (required).
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
