WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
High School diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and computer data entry
Excellent communication skills
Cheerful working attitude
Outstanding customer service skills
Durable Medical Equipment experience
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Answer incoming phone calls from customers
Welcoming and engaging customers as they enter the store
Assessing customer’s needs and assisting with product inquiries
Accurate and timely entry of new customer information into computer system
Obtain all necessary information from new customers
Generate orders and accurate billing, according to policies and procedures
Entry of product into system and ensuring company profit margin guidelines are met
Obtain written order from physician prior to order generation required by insurance and company policies
Daily processing of purchase order exception reports
Insurance verification duties to confirm eligibility status
