A growing law firm in the Los Angeles area, considered a powerhouse in the field of plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation, seeks a highly qualified Director of Marketing to join its expanding team. The firm has a robust caseload, in federal and state courts, against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries. The firm has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of thousands of employees in California.

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the firm’s brand and attract new clients. This role will oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts, business development strategies, public relations and client engagement programs. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive growth, improve visibility, and support the firm’s long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to enhance the firm’s market presence.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and communications.
  • Oversee website management, SEO and social media campaigns to increase online visibility.
  • Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and conduct market research to identify opportunities for client expansion and competitive positioning.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with managing partners and senior leadership to refine marketing strategies and ensure marketing efforts align with firm goals.
  • Optimize marketing budget allocation based on data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing leadership.
  • Minimum 1-year of leading people within a marketing team.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, traditional marketing and data analytics.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
