THE ROLE
In direct collaboration with senior leadership, the Experienced Associate will play a key role in supporting client projects across a wide range of industries and functions. Through a results-oriented approach to addressing our clients’ complex business challenges, the Experienced Associate will combine strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive meaningful change and value.
The Experienced Associate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Strategic Analysis
o Conduct targeted quantitative and qualitative analyses to thoroughly assess client challenges and opportunities.
o Synthesize and translate data-driven insights into structured, actionable recommendations.
• Client Project Delivery
o Prepare timely, high-quality deliverables to support active client engagements.
o Support project management activities within client engagements, including progress tracking and proactive identification of any issues or risks before they require further escalation.
o Take ownership of defined project components, managing tasks independently with leadership guidance and growing into a role that leads functional workstreams.
• Collaborative Client Engagement
o Work collaboratively with cross-functional client project teams and stakeholders in the development and delivery of tailored solutions to ensure alignment with client business objectives.
o Build and maintain trusted relationships with client project teams and stakeholders through clear, transparent communication.
• Opportunistic Projects
o As an entrepreneurial business, additional business-related projects may arise. Associates have opportunities to contribute beyond their core responsibilities at the intersection of business needs and individual strengths, including supporting client proposal development and other business development activities.

HIRING CRITERIA
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
• Undergraduate degree from a leading four-year university
• 2-3 years’ experience as an external consultant within the business strategy and transformation practice from a top consulting firm
• Ability to work in El Segundo, California 3 days/week (hybrid model, no relocation will be offered)
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed
