POSITION: Property Accountant I (Full Time, Exempt)
COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $40,000 - $60,000 plus bonus potential. âEligible to participate in the company benefits plan. DIRECT REPORT: Accounting Manager
SUMMARY:
As a Property Accountant I, you are primarily responsible for maintaining the overall integrity of financial records for a portfolio of real estate communities. On-going responsibilities include bookkeeping, internal support with accounting related issues, and month-end procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work with a growing company that encourages collaboration across several professional Teams in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Design, Development, and Project Management.
