Summary: We are looking for someone to take on a recruiter role hiring various industries in rural communities. The ideal candidate has recruiting experience, is highly organized, can operate in an environment that requires responsibilities in multiple areas. The location of the job will be in office in Sioux Falls for the first 90 days with an option to work a hybrid work schedule.
Duties include
- Talk to candidates on the phone, and on other platforms
- Use our ATS to organize desk take notes on candidates
- Create candidate profiles to submit to clients
- Work with colleagues to place high-quality candidates into desired roles
Preferred but not required
- Experience with Zoho Recruit and Google suites
- Knowledge with Adobe DC

- Have a direct connection to rural life

- Comfortable working in a wide variety of recruiting industries

- Can work in a quickly growing work environment
