Summary:
The Reputation Risk Manager will lead a team that supports 2nd Line Reputation Risk Program and will assist with the independent oversight of reputation risk by collaborating with various business units and analyzing data to identify, measure, monitor, control, and report reputation risk. Reputation is one of Huntington’s seven risk pillars and is defined as the risk to current or projected financial condition and resilience arising from negative public opinion.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, quarterly reputation risk assessment, review of new or modified products and services, assessment of the applicable control environment, maintenance and implementation of the reputation risk governing documents (framework, policy, procedures), review and implementation of the reputation risk taxonomy, provide oversight and effective challenge for key reputation risk processes across the enterprise. This high-visibility role involves building and maintaining effective relationships with business units across the Company, with key areas including Investor Relations, Community Development, Marketing, Communications, Customer Complaints, Conduct Risk, Legal, ESG, Climate Risk, Incident Response Teams, Third Party Risk, first- and second-line risk management teams, and various other areas from which reputation exposure could arise.

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
