Route Sales and Service Technician

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems. 
• Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers. 
• Provide on-call emergency service. 

• Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current. 
• Deliver and pick-up chemicals. 
• Build rapport with decision makers. 
• Resolve customer concerns. 
• Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers. 

• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.

Requirements:

• Have a valid driver’s license.   
• Be able to work in a fast paced, physical position.  

• Ability to safely drive a company vehicle. 
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.   
• Be able to work Mon-Fri 7am-4pm with occasional overtime (43-48 hours/week average)
• Be able to work on call after hours rotation of 4-6 days per month.
