About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to design and implement a comprehensive enablement program that will empower our sales teams to perform at their best. This role is perfect for a proactive enablement professional who brings both a sales background and a track record of building successful training programs. You’ll work closely with the Go-to-Market teams to create a cohesive, data-driven enablement strategy that supports our growth objectives.

What you'll do

  • Develop and Execute Enablement Programs: Build and scale a structured sales enablement program that empowers sales reps, enhances skills, and improves performance metrics across the board.
  • Sales Training and Coaching: Lead engaging, effective training sessions tailored to various experience levels, focusing especially on supporting sales reps with minimal prior experience.
  • Program Strategy and Vision: Drive the enablement roadmap, creating a program vision that aligns with the company's growth and sales goals. Be comfortable designing processes from the ground up.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with AE, SDR, and CSM teams to create tailored enablement strategies that address the unique needs of each team and role.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine enablement initiatives to ensure they are data-driven and aligned with best practices in high-velocity sales (preferred).
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging, relevant content, tools, and resources that drive consistent sales outcomes.
  • Measure and Iterate: Analyze the impact of enablement initiatives, leveraging feedback and data to iterate and improve programs.

Qualifications

  • Must-Have:
    • 2-3+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training, ideally with a sales background that enables you to relate directly to reps’ day-to-day challenges.
    • Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch; comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structured approaches for effective training.
    • Strong communication skills with a talent for adapting content to resonate with diverse sales audiences.
    • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions based on first principles, and maintain a clear vision for program outcomes.
    • Experience training sales teams with little to no sales experience, supporting them from foundational knowledge through advanced sales skills.
    • Structured and strategic thinker capable of breaking down complex concepts into actionable, digestible learning modules.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience working in the SaaS industry, ideally in an enablement capacity.
    • Familiarity with high-velocity sales environments, particularly with SMB customers.
    • Experience supporting cross-functional teams, including Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

Benefits

  • Equity
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Complimentary Headspace account
  • Hybrid work environment (for non-Remote: Monday and Friday work from home)
  • Multiple health, dental, and vision plan options
  • 401k plan
