About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing sales team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement programs that empower our sales team to effectively sell our products/services and exceed revenue targets. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams to create and deliver impactful training programs, sales tools, and resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs, including product training, sales methodologies, competitive positioning, and customer communication skills.
  • Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure rapid ramp-up time.
  • Conduct ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Create and maintain a library of sales tools and resources, including sales decks, case studies, product demos, and competitive battle cards.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks and best practices for different sales scenarios.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine sales processes and methodologies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust enablement strategies accordingly.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales messaging and positioning.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain sales enablement platforms and technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Clari Copilot).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Passion for sales and a strong desire to help others succeed.
