Sales Engineer
PulsePoint is looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart, and overachieving Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for translating technical solutions at an executive level to non-technical stakeholders.
You will be serving in a critical role managing technology deployment, troubleshooting, and reporting related issues to the Life Platform. The position requires close interaction with PulsePoint’s sales and account management teams, as well as frequent contact with the product and engineering departments.
The Product You'll Be Working On:
LIFE BY PULSEPOINT™, Everything you need to plan, activate, analyze and optimize your digital healthcare advertising campaigns - in one platform. Our proprietary data targeting solutions are the backbone for thousands of healthcare brands seeking instant access to forecast, target and engage DTC and HCP audiences at scale. What you’ll be doing:
Managing day-to-day technical relationships with top-tier ad agencies, publishers, and media partners
Troubleshooting tag-related issues, reporting/delivery discrepancies, and implementation concerns
Communicating technical product needs and innovative ideas and opportunities to account and product development teams
Performing daily QA and integrating quality control into standard operating procedure
Assist sales team through preparation and delivery of pre-sales discovery and analysis
Educate prospects on product implementation and usage and answer their technical and sales questions, acting as the “voice of the product and the user”
Oversee all pre-sales 3rd party integration requests and opportunities, ultimately acting in support of the Sales team in meetings and client interactions
Anticipate and address directly all the technical aspects of the prospected solutions and articulate them effectively at all levels
Build and present custom static and live demos tailored to specific client challenges or workflows
Pulling and reviewing performance data to ensure proper delivery and improve client performance
Create relationships with key decision makers and serve as external technical spokesperson
Prepare Account Management team for successful handoffs with detailed information gathered from prospects and customers
Create and maintain product knowledge base with a sales-first slant, enabling sales team to self-help from your amassed knowledge
What we’re looking for:
2-3 years experience in programmatic platforms (DSP, SSP, DMP, Social, etc)
Comfortable presenting data & technology to clients
Analytical mindset and experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Excel proficiency, BI experience (Looker, Tableau)
Health experience a plus
