Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals and technical strategy. The Salesforce Architect will play a pivotal role in defining and driving architecture decisions, ensuring that our Salesforce instance is optimized for performance, scalability, and security. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, industry-standard practices, and experience with enterprise-level deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design: Develop end-to-end architectural solutions for Salesforce implementations, including integrations, customizations, and third-party tools, ensuring scalability and alignment with best practices.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and leadership for Salesforce development teams, guiding complex customizations, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.

Solution Integration: Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, customer support tools, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow and high performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and administrators to ensure a smooth delivery process.  

Performance & Security: Ensure optimal performance of the Salesforce platform and address any performance bottlenecks. Implement security best practices, ensuring CPQ compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and deployment strategies.

Salesforce Governance: Establish governance processes, defining Salesforce best practices and ensuring all configurations and customizations are aligned with industry standards.  

Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, ensuring the platform evolves with the company’s growth. Provide recommendations for process improvements and advanced solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:  

• 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including experience as a Salesforce Architect on enterprise-level implementations.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, and security practices.

Certifications (Preferred):  

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect

Technical Skills:  

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, and declarative customizations.
• Experience with integration platforms APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, DevOps tools, and version control systems.

Soft Skills:  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industries such as Technology and Software Development is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Shield for advanced data encryption and monitoring.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
