Senior Property Accountant

We are working with a luxury homebuilder and property management company in Bellevue, Washington that is looking to add  Sr. Property Accountant to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the accounting process and working with a stable portfolio of properties.

💰 Compensation: $85K–$100K + generous benefits, 100% covered medical insurance, 401K plus 4% match, generous PTO and paid holidays

📍 Location: Bellevue, WA (onsite)- Highlands/Crossroads area

This role will partner with another experienced accountant and oversee accounting for both income-producing properties (multi-family) and commercial assets.

What you’ll be doing:

 • Manage full-cycle accounting including journal entries, financial review, and maintaining the books

 • Review monthly financial reports from the third-party property management company that manages four apartment complexes

 • Handle accounting for multi-family and commercial properties managed internally

 • Analyze financials and identify/correct discrepancies

 • Provide monthly financial feedback and reporting

What they’re looking for:

 ✔️ 3–5 years of accounting experience

 ✔️ Property accounting experience required

 ✔️ Experience managing full-cycle accounting and reviewing financials

 ✔️ Strong Excel and accounting software experience

 ✔️ Yardi experience is a plus

 ✔️ Bachelor’s degree preferred, but open to strong candidates with relevant experience
