Salary: ¥500,000 – ¥1,000,000/month (incl. 18h overtime allowance)
Working Hours: 09:00 – 19:00
Start Date: Open until December 31, 2025

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Software Developer Manager with strong back-end skills to lead development projects in Node.js and React. You will work with modern technologies in a dynamic environment with occasional business trips within Japan.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in software development
• Proficient in Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, AWS
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Git, and server maintenance
• Business-level Japanese (N2+) and English (TOEIC 800+)
• Must have a valid Japanese visa
• SAP HR Consultant certification preferred
