Rose Dental Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry. This role is essential in maintaining the financial health of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes.
As an Accountant at Rose Dental Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional dental care by managing financial records and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Objectives- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial operations.
Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with financial planning to support business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.
Requirements- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the health, wellness, or fitness sectors.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
- Experience with dental or healthcare industry accounting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting tools.
