Finance and Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Financial statement preparation and review
  • Reconcile bank accounts weekly and monthly
  • Perform quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare weekly sales trend analysis reports
  • Provide backup support for accounting clerks when necessary
  • Prepare weekly check voucher requests
  • Record adjusting entries to general ledger accounts
  • Record monthly depreciation and amortization expense and maintain fixed asset systemย 
  • 2-3 times a month travel to C-Store to perform cash audits
  • Serve as backup for approving fuel orders, setting fuel prices, and posting fuel transactions in absence of Cost/Inventory Accountant
  • Other accounting administrative duties as deemed necessary by Controller

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting or finance
  • 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience
