Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience within a dealership or inventory-based business.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Hands-on experience managing inventory accounting and core accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Ledger, and budgeting.
Proficiency using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Experience supporting HR functions (such as payroll, benefits, or general HR administration) and willingness to work in a hands-on, multi-functional role.
