Minimum Requirements
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
At least three (3) years experience in finance/budget using South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS).
Knowledge of the principles, practices, theories and terminology of accounting. Ability to comprehend, plan and implement regulations. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Good oral and written communications skills. Must possess a valid SC driver's license and be able to operate motor vehicles.
