Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Las Vegas, NV (Tuesday on site) Open to remote in Dallas or Houston

Schedule: 8AM-5PM PST

Summary

This contingent professional will be responsible for day-to-day financial, operational, and procurement activities supporting the IT-Technology Services division. The ideal candidate must possess a strong hybrid background of financial analysis and administrative procurement. They will handle end-to-end purchasing requests, coordinate invoice flows, monitor departmental spend against budget thresholds, and manage resource tracking.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented analyst who is comfortable translating technical business process requests into standardized corporate purchasing and accounting actions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, procurement, resource management, or project coordination
• Experience tracking budgets, forecasts, actual spend, and variances
• Experience with purchase orders, invoices, and procurement processes
• Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial tracking/modeling
• Comfortable working around IT/software/hardware expenses and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage financial tracking

• Coupa experience, especially creating/tracking POs and invoices
• Oracle Financials experience
• Power BI / Power Platform experience
• Previous FP&A Analyst experience
• Experience supporting an enterprise IT or technology organization
• Product management or project management background with strong financial responsibilities
• Experience with resource management / allocation tracking
• Experience acting as the liaison between IT, Procurement, Finance, and AP
