Financial Analyst

Harmer has partnered with a company in the Manufacturing industry seeking to hire for position of Financial Analyst.

• Compensation: Base + Bonus + Benefits

Role will be a hybrid Finance/Accounting role (with greater emphasis on Finance).

This role will be heavily involved with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, KPI trackers, and partnering with Controller and Operations. Additionally, there will be 10-20% of general accounting duties (such as accounting entries).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance (forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis) along with some Accounting experience
• Experience with working capital metrics is valuable
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, or similar)
• Manufacturing experience xuwmhxw is highly preferred and will be given strong attention
• Accounting knowledge helpful
