Kahoot! is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on business development and sales in the K12 school market. With over 60% of US K12 teachers already using Kahoot! in their classrooms, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and transforming learning for even more schools.

This position is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert K12 sales opportunities in order to meet revenue targets.
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Proactively seek new opportunities in the education space, forming relationships with District Administrators such as CIOs, CAOs, CTOs, and  Superintendents.
• Create the right pipeline mix of short and long sales cycle customers on an ongoing basis.
• Implement sales processes to drive predictable revenue.
• Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to consistently exceed targets.
• Develop a deep understanding of Kahoot! products, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Support, Product, and other teams to share customer insights and drive success.

• Higher university degree (Bachelor's degree minimum).
• 4+ years of experience in K12 education sales, particularly with SaaS or similar EdTech products.
• Strong understanding of K12 purchasing processes and market dynamics.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Collaborative team player, capable of working effectively in a distributed, international setting.
