What you’ll be doing

• Recording daily transactions - bank, credit card, EFTs, deposits - with accuracy and speed
• Managing accounts payable and vendor relationships, making sure invoices and payments flow smoothly.
• Reconciling accounts so that every dollar is accounted for and no detail is overlooked.
• Preparing daily cash flow reporting so leadership can see the road ahead.
• Supporting month-end close, accruals, and variance reporting with clarity and precision.
• Processing payroll with timeliness and accuracy, because every detail matters when it comes to people’s paychecks.

The details:

• Hybrid: 3 days in office (Tuesday and Thursdays required)
• Schedule: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
• Pay: $33 - $37/hr.
• Location: Must be able to commute to the office on in-office days

What you bring

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Payroll experience strongly preferred
• At least 2-3 years of accounting experience, with demonstrated success in AP, reconciliations, and reporting
• Ability to commute to the office 3 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays required)
