Title: Senior Accountant
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing general accounting operations, preparing complex financial reports, and ensuring the integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of critical accounting functions and contribute to strategic financial initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.
3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-entity environment.
Deep understanding of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and contribute as a collaborative team member.
Compensation
Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience). Plus Bonus.

Working Conditions
Primarily office-based role requiring extended periods of computer use, data analysis, and reporting.
