Major Job Responsibilities:

As a Staff Accountant at Intigral you will play a pivotal role in the finance and accounting department, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and providing critical financial insights to support the company's growth and success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage complex financial transactions, and contribute to the achievement of our financial goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

· Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant accounting standards.

· Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

· Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.

· Prepare journal entries and accruals as needed.

· Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

· Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits.

· Provide documentation and support during the audit process.

· Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts.

· Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

· Implement and improve accounting policies and procedures.

· Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax and use tax.

· Work closely with other departments, including purchasing, production, and inventory management, to gather financial data and insights.

· Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve financial reporting.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement in the accounting department.

· Implement best practices and automation to enhance efficiency.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance,      or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of accounting      experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and      accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software      (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Great Plains).
